Buskerud Næringsmegling AS (commercial estate agent) specialises in commercial properties in Buskerud and Northern Vestfold.
We wish to have profound knowledge of a limited geographical area, therefore we have concentrated using our resources around Buskerud, hereunder Røyken, Lier, Drammen, Nedre/Øvre Eiker, Kongsberg, Hønefoss, in addition to northern parts of Vestfold.
The most significant activity on the property market is based on local offers and requests. Thus, we work closely with trade and industry in the region, but we also have very good contact with large national investors and users.
We believe that it is important to know details surrounding societal developments, trade and industry, history and not at least the people who make up the market.

Situasjonen i internasjonal økonomi har gått fra dårlig til verre de siste månedene. Problemene i europeisk økonomi tårner seg opp og bedre stilt er det ikke i USA.
I lengre tid har kun "de nye økonomiene" sikret global vekst, men det er et spørsmål om hvor lenge dette vil vedvare når kjøpekraften i Europa og USA svekkes.
